Photography Print Disclaimer:
Due to the nature of photographic prints, slight variations in color, brightness, cropping, and print materials may occur between what you see on your screen and the final printed product. These variations are not considered defects.
We do not guarantee that product descriptions or images will be perfectly accurate.
All product descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders are not accepted until payment is processed and confirmation is sent.
We may not be able to accommodate cancellations once an order is placed.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes:
By making a purchase, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested and may result in being restricted from future purchases.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with our print partner to replace the item at no additional cost where applicable. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & IMAGE RIGHTS
All content on this site—including but not limited to photographs, artwork, images, text, graphics, and design—is the exclusive property of Leslie Brashear Photography and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Photography & Image Use Restrictions:
All images sold or displayed on this site are for personal use only.
You may NOT:
- Reproduce, copy, scan, or distribute images in any format
- Use images for commercial purposes
- Use images in advertising, marketing, or branding
- Resell, sublicense, or license the images
- Alter, edit, or create derivative works from the images
Purchase of a print does NOT transfer copyright or grant any commercial usage rights.
Any unauthorized use of images may result in legal action.

These tools are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for their functionality or any issues arising from their use.
